Applications people keep installed because they are genuinely faster to use.
Mobile products live or die on the details: cold-start time, scroll smoothness, what happens in a lift with no signal. We engineer for those conditions from the first sprint, with device farms and real-network testing rather than a simulator screenshot at the end.
Where native capability matters — camera, Bluetooth, background location, secure storage — we go native. Where it does not, we share logic and components so one team can maintain the whole product.
Capabilities
Product discovery
Jobs-to-be-done interviews, journey mapping and a prioritised first release that proves the thesis.
Native & cross-platform builds
Swift, Kotlin and shared-logic frameworks chosen per product — not per fashion.
Offline-first architecture
Local persistence, conflict resolution and background sync designed before the first screen is drawn.
Release & growth
Store submission, staged rollouts, crash triage and a measured onboarding funnel.
How we work
- 01 Define Problem framing, success metrics and a scoped first release.
- 02 Prototype Clickable prototype tested with real users before build.
- 03 Engineer Two-week sprints with device testing and internal builds.
- 04 Ship Staged rollout, monitoring, store optimisation and iteration.
What you gain
- One codebase strategy that a small team can actually maintain
- Measured start-up, sync and battery performance
- Accessibility and localisation built into the component library
- Store assets, policies and review responses handled
Common questions
We recommend native when the product depends on device capability or heavy graphics, and cross-platform when speed to market and shared maintenance matter more. The decision is documented, not assumed.
Yes. Most clients retain us for OS-update maintenance, crash triage and a quarterly feature release.
